Our services
Close More Jobs provides marketing services for home service contractors, which may include website hosting, search engine optimization, and management of paid advertising on platforms such as Google. The specific services depend on the plan you select.
Billing & term
- All plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel with notice as described in your service agreement.
- Management fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Advertising spend is separate from our management fee, is billed directly to your own advertising accounts, and is your responsibility.
Website
We build, host, and maintain a website for you as part of an active plan. Hosting and maintenance continue while your plan is active.
Results & guarantee
Marketing results vary and depend on factors including your market, budget, responsiveness, and pricing. Except for any specific written guarantee we offer, we do not promise particular results, lead volumes, or rankings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Close More Jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding month.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of ____, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
